Work beside the oven

There are nine of us. Wages paid weekly, tips shared evenly, one meal per shift, and anyone who wants to learn the dough or the oven is taught on the clock.

• Oven assistant

  Full time · 7–9M VND

  Prep toppings, divide dough, feed the fire. After three months you start learning the oven. No experience needed — you need to handle heat and turn up on time.

• Server

  Part time · 28,000/hour + tips

  Evening shifts, weekends required. You need to talk to strangers easily and remember the regulars. Students welcome.

• Cheesemaker

  Morning shift · 9–12M VND

  Take the milk at six, pull mozzarella for the day, finish before eleven. We teach from scratch.
